What to Know Before Your Visit

Urban Zen Bodywork is a boutique massage therapy and skincare studio in South Tampa offering personalized therapeutic massage and advanced skincare by appointment only.

• We do not offer traditional couples massages, but with advance scheduling we can accommodate two massages or a combination of massage and facial services at the same time in separate treatment rooms.
• Our cozy bungalow studio provides a peaceful, boutique experience focused on clinical massage therapy and results-driven skincare rather than a traditional day spa.
• New clients are required to prepay when booking their first appointment.
• Services are available by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full service fee.

Our licensed massage therapists in South Tampa specialize in customized therapeutic massage for chronic pain relief, muscle tension, injury recovery, stress reduction, and improved mobility. 

Every session is personalized using deep tissue massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, myofascial release, stretching, and other evidence-based techniques. 

We charge for time and expertise—not upgrades—so deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, aromatherapy, and therapeutic enhancements are included when appropriate, delivering effective results with transparent pricing.
